The Accra Agenda for Action (AAA) will be developed at the third High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness conducted by OECD in Ghana on Sept. 2-4, 2008. The purpose of the AAA is to deepen implementation of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness with a view to achieving the targets that were agreed in 2005. The AAA will also need to respond to emerging aid effectiveness issued identified since 2005.
