This donor questionnaire is part of the 2006 Survey on Monitoring the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness adopted in 2005. All donor agencies providing Official Development Assistance directly to countries are being asked to complete this questionnaire. In cases, where a donor provides funds through another donor (bilateral or multilateral), the latter is asked to report in this questionnaire. The questionnaire is aimed at gathering data about progress toward achieving the 12 indicators of the Paris Declaration for aid effectiveness.
